Veronica and Logan met at work in Tampa, FL. He was in the accounting department and she was in marketing, it was love at first cubical. She said yes during a warm late spring hike complete with some surprise snow at the top. They were surrounded by friends who were able to capture the moment with photos and a video. This snowy engagement would foreshadow their May winter wonderland wedding day in Estes.
Rocky Mountain National Park is the place where the two fell in love with upon moving to Colorado. The ceremony took place at St. Malo’s Chapel on the Rock which also holds a very special place for the couple. The goal was for guests to feel feel like they were on a mountain retreat by attending their wedding weekend.
Veronica and Logan quickly fell in love with Taharaa as the space for their reception. They admired the beautiful glass windows within the enclosed deck area and the unbeatable views. Taharaa allowed for the intimate feeling while still accommodating their guest list. The two noted that the food quality and organization of the day exceeded expectations.

A Wedding Weekend at Taharaa Mountain Lodge
Estes Park was the optimal destination and allowed for their guests to enjoy a complete wedding weekend. Here at Taharaa Mountain Lodge, you can have your guests stay right on-site to make their stay easy and enjoyable! We have 18 rooms, and each accommodates 2 adults. We do require a three-night stay, but this will let your guests really enjoy Estes Park and our amenities at the Lodge. On-site we have an outdoor Hot Tub, and our restaurant, Twin Owls Steakhouse, has an award-winning chef!
Our location also allows guests to be able to choose various activities to enjoy during their time here, which will truly make their trip to the wedding even more memorable!
