Ali and Ben first met through mutual friends at the University of Arkansas in 2011. They were friends for years, but they didn’t start dating until 2015. They’re both big nature lovers, and they love anything they can do outdoors. Ali and Ben especially love traveling and visiting national parks together. Ben even proposed at Arches National Park in Utah after a day of exploring. We were honored to host their blush Spring wedding and help them have a perfect day!

Estes Park Destination Wedding

Ali and Ben live in Texas, but they fell in love with the Rocky Mountains during a trip to Keystone. With its amazing beauty and proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park was an easy choice. Having dreamed of a mountain wedding in Colorado, they decided on a destination wedding, so they could share that beauty with their closest family and friends.

When it came to picking a venue, they knew Taharaa was the one from their first visit. Ali and Ben said, “From the moment we entered Taharaa Mountain Lodge, we kept exchanging looks and instantly knew that this was the one! Taharaa had everything we could have ever dreamed of.” It had the space and the views they were looking for, and the Twin Owls Steakhouse was a great bonus.

Blush Spring Wedding

This couple’s favorite moment was having everyone they love in a room together to celebrate their marriage. It’s always a wonderful moment to have both of your families together to celebrate your love. Ali and Ben also loved their first look in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was great having a moment to be alone together. It helped calm their nerves before the ceremony.

Ali and Ben chose a Spring wedding with blush details. Flowers were everywhere from the cake to the table décor. They mixed in greenery, and it came out beautifully. Ali’s bouquet was adorned with blush and white flowers, including peonies and anemones. They got married on the gorgeous deck with mountain views, and their reception took place in the Twin Owls Steakhouse.

We loved working with this amazing couple on their blush Spring wedding! We’re glad we could help make their big day perfect. If you’re looking for a wedding venue with amazing food and beautiful views, we’d love to help! Reach out to us so we can schedule a tour for you.
