Group Reservation Policies:

• Reservations open 1 months prior to the event date, with a wait list available 2 months in advance
• Group dining is available Monday to Wednesday (May to October) and Wednesday to Sunday (November to April), with some exceptions
• Seating times for groups: 9-12 guests at 5 pm or 7:30 pm, and 12-20 guests at 7:30 pm (20 guests maximum)
• Groups over 20 require the rental of our Overlook Room (inquire for pricing and availability)
• Reservation duration: 2 – 2.5 hours, with other reservations planned around your seating time
• Group reservations are for dinner only; no toasts or celebrations are allowed
• All guests must arrive at the same time
• Parking is available in the upper-level parking lot for all diners
• Requested seating is not available; pre-designated tables are assigned based on availability
• One bill is required, and the set up fee at the time of booking
• 8.7% tax and 20% service charge added to the final bill

Group Dinner Seating – Limitations and Restrictions:

• Increase in guest count requires booking the Overlook Room privately (30 days prior)
• Package for 9-20 guests only
• Seating is not private, along west windows
• No toasting during dinner, minimal decorations allowed
• No personal music speakers or musicians during dinner
  
• Photos only allowed in designated group seating area during dinner service

Prix Fixe/Pre Order Dining Experience Menu:

• Set up fee: $300 (does not apply toward the dinner bill
  
• Choice of shared or individual appetizers, soup or salad, grill or main entrees, and dessert
• Cake fees: $50 for bringing your own, $75-$125 for ordering from us
• Everything must be pre-ordered
• Custom Menu Printing and Planning included
